AM - 20 minutes easy, Swellesley. Moving just a bit better than yesterday morning. Piriformis has been less troublesome than usual the past two days, not that I've done anything in particular to cause that to be. Raining and cool when I woke up, showers had already passed by the time I started though.
PM - 45 minutes, Weston Aqueduct. Out to Elm St., south to the other aqueduct and along the Getchell trail for a bit before heading back. Having driven past this spot countless times I was interested to see it on foot, didn't disappoint. Very nice spot for an easy jog. I had every intention of revisiting the lake on the way back but got hit with a tired stick, hard. Barely moving by the end of the run in fact.
