Wed 11/9 - 50 minutes incl. 8-6-4-2-1 minute pickups

Longfellow loop. Typical late start caused me to cut back on the length of this session, which felt like a tired imitation of an actual quality workout. Trying to impose some sort of order and framework to get out of the doldrums, we'll see how that works. Right piriformis remains tight, something that hasn't been an issue of late because I haven't been running far enough or hard enough for it to be a concern.

Tue 11/8 - double, 65 minutes total

AM - 30 minutes very easy. Pre-breakfast run made possible by the mandatory 2 hour delay in school for the election. Which sure went well.

PM - 35 minutes incl. 6 short hill repeats on Garfield. Attempting to incorporate some kind of resistance work as the winter and track season approaches.

Mon 11/7 - PM 60 minutes easy

Area 51. Took a long time getting out the door, as usual.

Sun 11/6 - double, 80 minutes total incl. 6x200

AM - 50 minutes very easy, Area 51. Morning shakeout with the CH. Tired

PM - 30 minutes including 6x200. What passes for uptempo running these days. Pathetic.
