Thu 10/6 - off

Yesterday's zero somewhat unexpected, this one hit from out of the blue. Came home from work dog tired, went down for a nap and simply incapable of mustering the energy to get out the door. It appears the bill has come due from the past six weeks of overextended nonsense.

Wed 10/5 - off

Missed my window to run, which was after work and before the kiddie meet. Foolishly thought I could squeeze in something of substance after the meet was over and we returned, of course that went by the boards. Frustrating.

Tue 10/4 - PM 70 minutes easy

Area 51. Took a really long time to get out the door today after getting home from practice. Hoping to put in a few pickups on the way in but it really didn't happen.

Mon 10/3 - PM 55 minutes very easy

Lincoln woods with the CH. Feeling tired but not especially sore after yesterday.

Sun 10/2 - double, 85 minutes total incl. 8x400

AM - 30 minutes easy. Pre-breakfast shakeout.

PM - 55 minutes incl. 8x400 with 200 jog recoveries. I had planned for something more substantial but after a long day of doing errands I found myself running out of time to get in a second workout and feeling a bit peaked as well. In the end settled on doing the Deek, more or less, although the recoveries weren't quite the float they're supposed to be and closer to a jog. Still around 55 seconds or so. The reps themselves started at 82 and ended at 79 and gradually got down from beginning to end. Specific numbers gone as I accidentally cleared my watch afteward.

Sat 10/1 - AM 65 minutes very easy

Lincoln woods. Quite relaxed and I wasn't feeling like doing anything more later in the day.
