Fri 2/13 - PM 30 minutes on the treadmill
4.25 miles, 7.5 to 9.5 mph. A little overdone, felt like I was forcing the issue quite frankly. Not feeling any motivation to go outside in blustery cold conditions for a relatively short run. Right hip/adductor/etc. remains off, not that it's ever really 100%.

Thu 2/12 - PM 55 minutes easy
Levittown to Summerhill, over to Old Marlboro. Forcing the issue just a bit the first half before settling into a more relaxed (slow) rhythm. Right hip felt like absolute garbage the first 10-15 minutes, pain moved around some after that, felt better after post-run stretching but still more inflamed than I would like. Gusty winds as warmer air is being pushed out.

Wed 2/11 - PM RLTAC 50 minutes incl. 4x600, 4x200
Another workout conducted entirely indoors, for convenience's sake. Right hip flexor and adductor both felt like garbage at the outset of the warmup, took a bit over 10 minutes to loosen up at all. It would appear the strides at the end of the past two days were enough to inflame the joint and surrounding area. Workout was short enough, not feeling up to much more tonight. Splits as follows:
1:46.4
1:45.4
1:44.2
1:43.5
33.7
33.4
33.5
33.8
2R between the 600 reps, 4 after the last one, then did a slow 100 jog between the 200s which ended up being equal rest time-wise. Everything felt reasonably relaxed, if a little hard for the pace. Not killing myself on the 200s but not able to run any faster without doing so. Cooldown was a very easy 15 minutes.

Tue 2/10 - PM 55 minutes
Levittown to Summerhill. Plenty relaxed, moderately paced, but right hip flexor bugging me more than I'd like as the entire right hip area is somewhat inflamed. Strides on the way in not quite as crisp as yesterday's were. Same seasonable temp as yesterday but w/o the wind.

Mon 2/9 - PM just under 80 minutes
Longfellow loop incl. side excursions into McMansionville and Balcom/Ruddock. The previous two days of light volume and intensity helped bring the legs back, even though the right adductor was noticeably sore from last night's time spent hacking away at the ice in my driveway. More importantly though, the left tib muscle is finally feeling better, and as an added bonus the right medial quad tendinitis that was so tender at the start of yesterday's run wasn't an issue at all tonight. Felt smooth and relaxed, kept the pace relatively moderate throughout. Also did six strides of gradually increasing length before heading in. Moving pretty well on these. Temps back down to average levels, with just enough wind that I was left wishing I had worn an extra layer by the end. Very tired at the end of the day, it was a long weekend.

Sun 2/8 - AM 55 minutes easy
RLTAC to the river and back. More active recovery, right medial quad tendinitis was in full effect at the start, practically limping the first 5 minutes or so. It got better after that, but the pace never got beyond a jog. Planned PM run went by the boards as I ended up chipping the 4 inch thick layer of ice from the driveway instead.

Sat 2/7 - PM 50 minutes very easy
Coolidge to the river and back. Started at a glacial pace, it didn't pick up very much from there. Right leg stiff and sore from calf to hip. Planned on running a bit longer originally, but the puttering got old and I was feeling some serious hunger pangs as well. Much warmer today than it has been lately.
