Fri 9/23 - PM 65 minutes very easy
Lincoln woods. Feeling better than the past two days which isn't saying much but happy for any signs of life at all.
Thu 9/22 - PM 25 minutes very easy
Barely made it out the door and up the road to Tiger Drive before turning around and heading back. The evening's exercise could hardly be called a run, more like a glorified stroll. Feeling absolutely crushed from fatigue. Right calf has been sore all week and today was no different, the usual mild strain garbage that seems more stubborn than usual. Good times all around.
Wed 9/21 - PM 30 minutes very easy
Supposedly going to work out today but far too flat to see it through. Also ran out of time for it. Really tired right now.
Tue 9/20 - PM 65 minutes elliptigo arc
Framingham/Sudbury. Avoided what I'm sure would have been some degree of DOMS in the legs by using the dork bike. Tired.

Mon 9/19 - PM 85 minutes very easy
Lincoln woods. Relaxed trip to CCHS and back with the CH. Low key with various stops sprinkled in from the midpoint on. Not that sore from yesterday.
SUn 9/18 - AM 65 minutes incl. 5k road race
Successful sandbagging, which did nothing to change the fact that the 18 minute "performance" felt like a 17 minute effort. Dragging and tired from the get-go which of course had a lot to do with this, I hope. Humid and somewhat windy conditions, mildly obnoxious really. Course was also fairly obnoxious at least at the outset with many turns in the first mile. In the end, a 5:40 mile followed by two 6 minute miles. Longish cooldown that was a slow putter.
