Sat 3/11 - AM 45 minutes easy plus 20 minutes elliptigo trainer
Area 51. A day most notable for the horrendously cold and windy conditions, a week after suffering through the exact the same thing last weekend. At least I was better prepared for it this time but no less obnoxious. Threw in 8x30 second pickups at highest gear on the trainer which felt a lot like doing strides.
Fri 3/10 - PM 60 minutes easy
Area 51. Super late start led to a shortened run; distinct lack of energy resulted in a pokier pace than what I was expecting. Some snow on the ground, not enough to detract too much from footing however.
Thu 3/9 - PM 45 minutes easy plus 30 minutes elliptigo trainer
Easy putter in despicably windy conditions. Maybe overdid it a bit on the trainer. Left hamstring a bit sore from yesterday but not as ominous as it was directly after finishing the workout last evening.
