Sun 11/13 - 50 minutes incl. 4x3 minute pickups

Longfellow loop. Cut the planned session way short due to feeling like garbage, as usual. Frustrating to say the least. Mired in the rut and sleeping so poorly I see little light at the end of the tunnel.

Sat 11/12 - PM 70 minutes

Fri 11/11 - double, 50 minutes easy

AM - 25 minutes easy pre-breakfast shakeout

PM - 25 minutes again, slightly faster than the morning. Lamest double ever in all likelihood. Dead flat tired.
