Sun 4/17 - AM 45 minutes easy
Area 51. Both pressed for time, and recovering from yesterday, and girding for tomorrow. As such, a relatively short and definitely short sojourn in the woods. Legs not as stiff and sore as I thought.
Sat 4/16 - PM 80 minutes incl. 8x1600
Longfellow loop. Got through the entire planned session unlike the last time at this venue, and with the last split being the fastest it went well. 400 jog recovery between reps. Splits:

Fri 4/15 - PM 50 minutes easy
Area 51. Legs feeling sore and wobbly after yesterday's run in the thin shoes. Took it easy today as a result and in deference to tomorrow's planned workout.

Thu 4/14 - PM 85 minutes
Lincoln woods. Plan was to progress the pace gradually over the course of the run, in fact it was less gradual but did get faster as I went along more or less. Saved a little something for the last 15 minutes which were the quickest of the whole thing. Another in an unending string of colder than normal days of late, with the requisite wind.
Wed 4/13 - double, 90 minutes total incl. 8x300, circuits
AM - 50 minutes including 8x300, circuits. Later start than I would have liked. I also would have liked to do something more typical of a track session but the chilly windy conditions made that completely unappealing.
PM - 40 minutes very easy. Moving quite slowly after the morning's effort.

Tue 4/12 - off
Narrow window of time in the afternoon which I spent taking a nap instead of running. Another windy day, this time from the south though and bringing rain.
