Fri 8/24 - 65 minutes plus 20 minutes in Walden

Another trip around the sun completed. Went a bit longer than originally planned, in large part due to feeling the compulsion to work off a gluttonous pizza lunch. Predictably tired after work, predictably slow at the outset as a result. Drills on Pine Hill before hitting the pond, joints not nearly as sore as on Tuesday although left heel continues to feel tight. Also did pickups on the way in, relatively short if not incredibly fast. Humidity has been gradually building over the course of the week it seems, temp remains tolerable though.
