2/6/11
Fri 2/4 - PM 70 minutes very easy
Puttering along in Wellesley, out and back along Washington St and Brook Path. Didn't get very far at all, thanks mainly to running all but a few steps of the way on packed snow and ice. Which was still preferable to the alternatives, unpacked snow or in the middle of traffic. By the end of the run psoas was sore on each side from the slippery surface. Of more importance though was the status of the SI joint and hammie, which were both as good as could be hoped and a million times better than they were two days ago.
