6/28/10

Sun 6/27 - AM 75 minutes very easy

along the creek path at a crawl. Pace picked up slightly the last 30 minutes but not by much. Finally got a relatively decent night's sleep. Quads predictably sore and tender, but the real toll of yesterday's descent from Barr Camp was on my right foot, and due to the fact that my right shoe is a little bit too big for the foot inside it. Nasty-looking red welt on the instep and a large blister on the end of the big toe as a result. This didn't keep me from running but the blister did increase in size over the course of the day after the run. Last run in Denver (for 3 weeks), back to sea level and humidity.
