1/4/10
Sun 1/3 - AM 55 minutes very easy
slow tour of Levittown, made possible by yaktrax as it was nothing but packed snow. Alas, it would appear I've swapped one strained psoas/adductor for another, as the left side is definitely tweaked after Saturday's run. While no ice was involved, slippage on poor footing was mostly if not wholly to blame. Hopefully won't take 9 months and multiple rounds of PT to fix what's happened to the left side. My sense is it's much less severe, plus I'm not in the midst of doing track workouts and running races like I was in March. Nothing but easy running for the time being, if that. The terrible footing from the weekend's unending storm is too frustrating for words.
