Tue 11/18 - PM 55 minutes w/strides

Levittown to Sheridan Ave. Headed out the door having promised myself that I would cut the run short if I still had yesterday's lead legs. Not quite there yet, but better than yesterday and the tendinitis on the right knee appears on the way out. After some deliberation decided to do strides on the way in, didn't feel especially smooth or spry but it didn't kill me either. On the down side, woke up with a mild sore throat and bottom of left foot became mysteriously sore during the day at work. Didn't notice either on the run but both bear watching. Continued chilly conditions but with a gusty wind today that made it less than pleasant at times.
