Thu 11/20 - PM 45 minutes

Levittown to Conant Road, back via Parker Street. Shortened the run, not due to the foot which is feeling better, but the throat which is not. Right in the dry scratchy phase in fact, makes sleeping difficult and feeling flat and tired all day as a result. Continued cold, less windy tonight thankfully.
