AM - 20 minutes very easy, Swellesley. Feeling the stifling level of humidity already.
PM - 55 minutes easy, Lincoln woods plus 20 minutes in Walden. I had planned on doing hill drills but there wasn't time. Probably for the best anyway. Quite gross conditions which made the pond all the more refreshing.
