Fri 7/5 - PM 70 minutes very easy plus 25 minutes in Walden

Lincoln woods. Took forever to get started today, dead beat after spending most of the day on my feet at work. Soul-crushing heat and humidity the overriding feature of the day, part of the reason I waited a good while to begin was the mostly vain hope that it would be a little better the longer I waited. Got through more running than I expected quite frankly, the trick being to go quite slowly. The pond was the highlight of the day as per usual when the day is like this.
