Fri 5/17 - PM 40 minutes

Area 51. Thought about doing drills and strides on the way in, but after a relatively late start decided to just head in instead. Feeling a little more life in the legs from the recent volume reduction. Putting in at least as much time with the foam roller on the recalcitrant calf as I am running. It only wants to contract in on itself and will do so given the slightest opportunity. Undoing what I've done to it feels like putting toothpaste back in the tube. More clear breezy pollen-choked conditions.
