Tue 10/20 - PM 45 minutes

Walden woods. The scenic surroundings couldn't make up for the obnoxious level of soreness in the right hip. A real bummer as a result. The crazy mountain goat course on Sunday appears to have left more of a mark than I had originally thought. Locus of pain more on the hip flexor/iliac attachment end of things, although the adductor is still not right of course. Finished up feeling thoroughly in the dumps, being hurt sucks.
