Area 51. Not capable of much more than a putter this morning, right adductor stuck and twinging to an obnoxious degree. Running anything faster than a slow jog aggravates it enormously. Cut the length of the run short as a result. Something of a nadir, which forced me to locate the spot that seems to be the root of the problem and do some direct pressure and cross-fiber friction on it. This seemed helpful, time will tell. The related soreness on the VMO attachment, which has been inflamed since November, doesn't seem to respond as directly. Dreary rainy conditions, the day started with a downpour which I waited out.
