Tue 4/22 - double, 1:35 total

AM - 45 minutes easy, Campbell Mesa. Took it slow but not as slow as past runs on this loop. Feeling somewhat lethargic

PM - 50 minutes mostly easy. Warmed up for a planned workout, but decided it would be pointless to go through with it due to continued tired flat feeling. Without a doubt the travel yesterday and long days on the weekend had something to do with it. Also not keen at all on trying anything timed at 7,000 feet, and not motivated enough to drive to lower elevations (i.e. Sedona) to do it there. Decided to save the effort for tomorrow.
