Thu 4/24 - AM 1:40 easy

AZ trail to S. Lake Mary Rd., back via Lone Tree. Planned on going 20-30 minutes shorter, but missed my exit off the AZ trail and ended up taking the long way back. To say the least. Quads quite sore from yesterday, feeling it especially on downhills but not as bad as I thought otherwise. Wind blowing ferociously as it seems to from sunrise to sunset every day here at this time of year. By the end of the run I'd had about enough.
