Wed 7/27 - PM 35 minutes incl. 10x400

Pressed for time once again, next to last day of the horrendous long work day schedule. With a trip to the lake on bikes with the CH in the offing not much time to run and so tried to make the most of it by doing intervals on the track. 200 meter jog recoveries, with a pickup in pace the last 100 of each rep. Overbaked most of them going on feel, what else is new. Really fried right now.
