Cut down interval workout done with the "rolling" recoveries (2-2-1-1) instead of 3-2-1 slower jog recoveries as in the past. A bit over 3 minutes of easy jogging between sets to catch my breath which was quite necessary. Tried to start with the 400 at 5k pace and cut it down from there. Splits:
79.0 - 47.0 - 58.4 - 47.5 - 38.3 - 23.9 - 19.2 - 23.3 total 5:36.4
80.2 - 46.5 - 58.4 - 47.5 - 38.0 - 24.1 - 18.8 - 23.6 total 5:37.0
78.8 - 46.9 - 58.6 - 47.6 - 37.6 - 24.3 - 18.6 - 23.1 total 5:35.5
A bit colder than previous track workouts, light winds though.
