Thu 3/12 - double, 80 minutes easy

AM - 60 minutes or so, Horsefall canyon. Back up FR 356 for a second morning, only this time with a much better idea of where I was going. Various stops to check out the various derelict mine shafts in the area. Kicking myself for not bringing my headlamp. Some steep going in places, although not as steep as yesterday's run. Quad soreness is finally simmering down to a manageable degree.

PM - 20 minutes easy to Santa Rita park for stretching. Unlike previous times jogging down the street, I was actually able to move my legs without massive stiffness.
