Thu 11/13 - PM 65 minutes

Area 51. Had I gone at the same pace as the runs back here the past two days it would have taken 5-10 minutes longer for sure. As it was, ran at a rather crisp pace for 20 minutes, brief stop and calf stretch, then 25 minutes of near threshold running before a longer break at the fishing dock. From there a more sedate run to Old Marlboro where I did short pickups with long recoveries. As close to doing a structured workout as I'll likely get this week. Right leg felt reasonably good during the run but somewhat weak afterward. Chilly temps but no wind at all.
