Thu 12/13 - PM 50 minutes very easy
Relaxed glacially slow putter along the Charles. Right hammie stuck pretty firmly after yesterday, calf stiff of course. Shuffling along, very little range of motion really for at least the first half hour. Somewhat milder than yesterday, fair weather holding steady for now.
