Wed 3/17 - PM 75 minutes easy

Stuck in the massive rt 27/20/126 Wayland traffic jam courtesy of the flood, decided to park at the library and check out the river's swollen majesty on foot. It didn't disappoint, trudged around barefoot in it for about 45 seconds before the cold became unbearable. Pace was relaxed easy until the last 5 minutes when it picked up a bit. Very tired, got home late last night thanks to the flood, woke up obscenely early this morning to beat the traffic. No real opportunity to stretch after the run and by the time I got home it was too late.
