Tue 3/16 - AM 70 minutes incl. 12k threshold run

Back to the 4k Longfellow loop. After Sunday's effort and a very late bedtime last night I was fully prepared to cut bait on this workout if necessary but it felt quite controlled instead, from start to finish. Compared to last time, no stalling out at 10k, and the progression of the pace came naturally without putting in any undue effort to do so. Fair weather breeze blowing of course, from the NNW so a tailwind the first half of each loop and a headwind coming back. Splits as follows for 1600/1600/760:
