Sun 3/14 - AM 60 minutes incl. 5k in 16:48

Disgusting weather continued from yesterday, while not quite as bad as I had feared it was still pretty bad. Race went out quite tactically for what I was expecting, pace dropped substantially after about 1k, from there on out I was running alone in second. Pace was quite even despite the fact that the middle mile had maybe less of a headwind, theoretically. Felt reasonably good throughout, although some question as to how much the conditions slowed things down. Had some concern about how the left adductor would hold up to the effort of racing but it wasn't an issue. Not especially well-rested and daylight savings didn't help any in that regard. Conditions took their toll afterward, took forever to get warm again even after peeling off all the wet clothes.
