Wed 9/23 - PM 75 minutes plus 24 minutes in Walden

Regrettably, right adductor didn't feel as good as yesterday. Sore/stuck spot in a different specific area today, which I've become fairly accustomed to. The right side felt inflamed and weak as a result. The area still doesn't respond well to even the most modest form of hard training stimulus. I suppose being in the pond at this point in the season has some anti-inflammatory effect. Still overcast and sticky like yesterday, SW wind blowing most of the day.
