Sun 5/3 - PM 80 minutes very easy

Area 51. A hobbling mess pretty much the entire time, yesterday's PM shakeout didn't prevent the inevitable overnight inflammation and stiffening as I had hoped it might. Within the context of the past two weeks, the feeling was quite familiar unlike yesterday morning's unexpected spryness. As ever it felt a bit better as things went along but never anything to write home about. Felt best afterwards, same familiar pattern. And so it goes. Vaguely sticky and overcast but not especially warm all day.
