Fri 9/12 - PM 45 minutes, Area 51

Spent the afternoon running errands and found myself less and less energetic the later it got. This held true for the run as well as I ran out of gas despite the short duration. Ran some short strides towards the end which is what really put me in the hole. Outside of left ankle stiff and sore the first 10 minutes or so. Showers throughout the run, overcast and mild all day.
