Wed 3/8 - PM 65 minutes incl. 4k-3k-2k-1k

Chickened out of my planned hill loop workout in favor of another visit to the track. Not entirely sure what was behind the last minute edit but I'm going with wanting to get in some longer continuous work. Which I could have done on the hill loop but whatever. Tried to increase the pace for at least the final km of the longer reps, overall they were more of a threshold effort. The shorter reps definitely crossed over that threshold line at least a bit. Final km was faster than expected. Cool after a relatively warm day, very little wind for a change. Some soreness in left hamstring, could be ominous but hopefully whistling past the graveyard stuff.
