Mon 6/27 - 30 minutes incl. intervals plus 50 minutes elliptigo

Pressed for time on the run due to getting home late after running errands, and had to stop after doing the "warmup" 100s and a set of 5x400 with 100 jog recoveries. From there it was on to the dork bike to join the CH for a trip to the lake.
