Sun 8/16 - AM 1:45

Northfield/Winchester. Up and over Burt Hill and Schofield Mountain before ending up at the TV tower. Overall a much more satisfying effort than last Sunday's dawdle. Started late enough that it became fairly hot but the humidity wasn't so oppressive as to make the second half of the run that much harder than the first. In fact the entire run went rather smoothly other than the thudding descent off Schofield which felt awkward most every step.
