Fri 12/12 - PM 40 minutes incl. 3x6 minutes

Levittown. Like last Friday only this time, the limited time window was in fact in effect. 10 minute warmup, one minute recoveries between the three threshold-ish segments, 10 minute cooldown. Trying as ever to progress the effort level within each rep, not sure how successful this was but the last rep felt quicker than the first at least. Overcast finally moving out following Tuesday's nor'easter.
