AM - 25 minutes on the treadmill. More of a chore than I'd like it to be, again thanks mostly to the right leg being stiff and sore.
PM - 50 minutes easy, rail bed to Farm Road, back via Rockland. Started slow and got slower as the run went along. In fact, it was appalling how bad my legs felt on this run, absolute garbage. Heavy, stiff, tired, awkward, you name it. I have to wonder if the morning treadmill runs aren't taking out more than they're putting in. Right hammie and TFL tight and stiff, lots of rolling and compressions afterward. Blustery and cold as March leaves the way it came in i.e. disgusting.
