FRI 9/28 - PM 30 minutes easy

Dismal jog in gross conditions. Exhausted all day at work thanks to the stupid sore throat which of course kept me from getting anything resembling a decent night's sleep. Took a long while to get out the door when I finally made it home. Rained off and on but more on all day, and of course one of the heavier showers rolled through in the midst of my quite short run. Calf feels stiff and tight, stuck in the not quite injured but not all there purgatory for the time being. Not looking forward to tomorrow at all.
