Thu 6/23 - PM 80 minutes incl. 15x200, 400
Better this than nothing. Not planning on a leg-prep type session originally, but still too tired to handle anything more substantial. Legs still quite flat from the weekend, not surprisingly, this and the windy rainy conditions made for some slow splits esp. at the outset. Started around 38 or so, got down to around 37 by the end with the final 400 going in a little over 75. 300-200-100 on the jog recoveries.
