Sat 5/3 - AM 70 minutes incl. 1600, 2x800, 4x400

Further reminders of the overweening feeling of fatigue, not that I needed any. After feeling like dog poo four of the last five days I had my doubts about being able to finish an honest-to-goodness workout. I did finish the thing off, although I reached my limit quite frankly before the end. Splits as follows:

90 seconds recovery between the 400s

everything felt harder than it should have, esp. the 400s at the end when I was playing out the string. Feeling the fatigue in every fiber of my being. Similar to October, I've come out the other side of a vacation in FLG feeling the worse for wear. Weather continuing its downhill slide from yesterday, obnoxious chill breeze to go along with leaden overcast skies and spitting showers. Did nothing for me.
