Thu 3/19 - PM 85 minutes easy

South Acton to Tempo Triangle via Parker and River, on to White Pond Road and Track Road before heading back through downtown. Still moving slowly and still feeling lingering soreness in the quads, but perhaps some signs of improvement in terms of feeling a little bit better, maybe. Somewhat warmer than yesterday which isn't saying much. Track road covered with snow that's calcified into a rock hard mass, but not ice. The snow's going nowhere in the near future.
