AM - 30 minutes very easy. Pre-breakfast shakeout, again along the lakefront. Last run in T.O. Legs not as stiff as I thought they might be.
PM - 45 minutes easy, Area 51. Quite tired after a day of travel and attendant nonsense. Took some doing to get out the door as a result. Eventually the pace moved above a crawl, but never anything to write home about.
