Mon 11/23 - PM 50 minutes

Levittown. Right leg felt quite good all day at work, gracilis attachment near the knee hasn't bothered me at all since Friday so I had irrationally high hopes for this run. The tightness in both hip flexors that I felt running over the weekend no longer a factor which really got my hopes up. Reality set in after 15 minutes or so with stubborn soreness in hip flexor/adductor area. Locus of discomfort moved around a bit, until the last 15 minutes when the TFL and vastus lateralis were dragged into it. Finished in a foul mood went straight into doing compressions with the massage stick and stretching.

Sun 11/22 - AM 70 minutes easy

Area 51. Gracilis attachment that was quite sore and tender Friday surprisingly pain-free on waking up this morning, I'll chalk it up to stretching. Instead the hip flexors on both sides picked up where they left off yesterday, stiff and sore. Never really loosened up either, stride got shorter and shorter as the pace tailed off. Left with some adhesions in the upper sartorius area after the run. Could be worse could be better. Still light years away from being able to run fast without aggravating things.

Sat 11/21 - PM 55 minutes easy

Area 51. Leg recovered somewhat from where it was yesterday, although the gracilis attachment was sore at the start. Hip flexor on both sides were sore by the end of the run.
